The Bank is a North Carolina commercial bank principally engaged in attracting deposits from the general public and investing these funds in loans secured by single-family residential and commercial real estate, secured and unsecured commercial loans and consumer loans. The Bank conducts most of its business in Alamance County, North Carolina. It has seven offices located in north central North Carolina on the Interstate 85 corridor between the Piedmont Triad and Research Triangle Park.
