AMCORE Financial, Inc. is a bank holding company that, through its subsidiaries, has operations in four business segments: Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Trust and Asset Management and Mortgage Banking. The Commercial Banking segment provides lending, business checking and deposits, cash management, merchant card services and other traditional, as well as e-commerce, commercial banking services. The Retail Banking segment provides direct and indirect lending, checking, savings, money market, safe deposit rental, automated teller machines and other traditional and e-commerce retail banking services to individual customers. The Trust and Asset Management segment provides trust, investment management, employee benefit recordkeeping and administration and brokerage services. It also acts as an advisor and provides fund administration to various public fund programs. The Mortgage Banking segment provides a variety of mortgage lending products to meet its customer needs.
