Alamogordo Financial Corp. is the holding company for the Alamogordo Federal Savings and Loan Association (the Bank). The Bank is a community-oriented savings association engaged primarily in offering deposits to customers and investing those deposits, together with funds generated from operations and borrowings, in loans, investment securities and mortgage-backed securities. The Banks mortgage loans include one- to four-family residential, multi-family and non-residential, construction and land loans. Consumer and other loans include second mortgage, consumer, commercial business and deposit account loans. The Bank primarily operates in Otero County, New Mexico.
