Heritage Hill Insurance Ltd. is a wholly owned operating subsidiary of the Company that is also a general insurance brokerage. Clickusin.com Inc. and 779451 Alberta Ltd are inactive wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company. Addison York Insurance Brokers Ltd. is a wholly owned Delaware subsidiary of Anthony Clark.
