In the United States, the Companys principal insurance subsidiaries are Arch Insurance Company, Arch Excess & Surplus Insurance Company (Arch E&S) and Arch Specialty Insurance Company. The Companys insurance operations in Bermuda are conducted through Arch Insurance (Bermuda), a division of Arch Re Bermuda. The Company also underwrites non-standard automobile liability and physical damage lines of insurance through its subsidiaries, American Independent Insurance Company and Personal Service Insurance Company (PSIC).
