The Company also owns 100% of the common securities of BFC Capital Trust I, a Delaware Business Trust organized in January 1997; 75% of Century Life Assurance company, an Oklahoma chartered insurance company, and 100% of Council Oak Partners LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company engaging in investing activities. The Bank provides a range of retail and commercial banking services, including commercial, real estate, agricultural and consumer lending; depository and funds transfer services; collections; safe deposit boxes; cash management services; retail brokerage services, and other services tailored for both individual and corporate customers.
