Bank of Hawaii Corporation, formerly Pacific Century Financial Corporation, is a bank holding company providing a range of financial products and services to customers in Hawaii and the Pacific Islands (Guam, nearby islands and American Samoa) through Bank of Hawaii (the Bank). The majority of the Companys operations consist of customary commercial and consumer banking services, including, but not limited to, lending, leasing, deposit services, trust and investment activities, brokerage services, insurance products and trade financing. The Banks subsidiaries are engaged in equipment leasing, insurance and insurance agency services, securities brokerage and investment services. The Company is aligned into four business segments: retail banking, commercial banking, investment services group and treasury and other corporate.
