The Bank is engaged in a general commercial and retail banking business, providing basic banking services, as well as a full range of wealth management services, including trust services. The Companys other subsidiaries are Insurance Counsellors of Bryn Mawr Inc. (Insurance Counsellors) and BMT Settlement Services Inc. (BMT Settlement). Insurance Counsellors sells insurance products, including all facets of casualty, property and allied insurance lines, as well as life insurance, annuities, medical insurance and accident and health insurance for groups and individuals. BMT Settlement is a limited partner in a limited partnership that provides title search and abstract services to Bank customers.
