CCBT Financial Companies, Inc. is the bank holding company for Cape Cod Bank and Trust Company (the Bank), a federally chartered commercial bank with trust powers. The Bank offers a range of banking and financial services for individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations, governmental units and fiduciaries. The Bank receives substantially all of its deposits from, and makes substantially all of its loans to, individuals and businesses on Cape Cod, although it has some loans on properties outside its market area, including some sizable participations in commercial mortgages. The Banks core market is comprised of retail and wholesale businesses, primary households (including a significant retirement population) and a growing number of second homeowners. In addition, a substantial non-core vacation population causes seasonal deposit growth.
