CCF Holding Company is the bank holding company for Clayton County Federal Savings and Loan Association (the Bank). In February 1997, the Bank changed its name to Heritage Bank. The Bank is a commercial bank chartered by the State of Georgia. Prior to September 1998, the Company was a savings and loan holding company and the Bank was a federally chartered savings bank. The Bank operates five offices within its primary market area in Clayton, Fayette and Henry Counties, Georgia. This market area is part of the Atlanta, Georgia, metropolitan area. To a much lesser extent, the Bank also makes loans in adjacent Georgia counties.
