CKF Bancorp, Inc. is the holding company for Central Kentucky Federal Savings Bank (the Bank). The Company is classified as a unitary savings and loan holding company. Prior to its formation and acquisition of the Bank in 1994, it had no assets and no liabilities and engaged in no business activities. Since the acquisition, CKF has not engaged in any significant activity other than holding the stock of Central Kentucky Federal and operating the Bank. It also has no significant assets other than the outstanding capital of the Bank, $1.1 million in bank deposits held by Central Kentucky Federal and a note receivable from the Companys Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
