CNB Florida Bancshares, Inc. is a one-bank holding company, operating CNB National Bank (the Bank). The Bank provides traditional deposit, lending and mortgage products and services to its commercial and retail customers through 14 full-service branches located within the contiguous counties in northeast Florida, covering Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Columbia, Duval, St. Johns, Suwannee and Union counties. As of December 31, 2002, the Company had total assets of $730.7 million, total gross loans of $605.8 million, total deposits of $648.6 million and total shareholders equity of $50.9 million. Net income for the years ended December 31, 2002 and 2001, were $5.4 million and $2.9 million, respectively.
