Camco Financial Corporation (Camco) is a savings and loan holding company. The Company is engaged in the financial services business in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Advantage Bank (Advantage or the Bank) and Camco Title Insurance Agency, Inc. (Camco Title), and its second-tier subsidiary, Camco Mortgage Corporation (CMC). Camcos primary lending activities include the origination of conventional fixed-rate and variable-rate mortgage loans for the acquisition, construction or refinancing of single-family homes located in its primary market areas. The Company also originates construction and permanent mortgage loans on condominiums, two- to four-family, multi-family (over four units) and non-residential properties. In addition to mortgage lending, Camco makes a variety of consumer loans and commercial loans.
