Cascade Financial Corporation is the holding company for Cascade Bank (the Bank), a commercial bank. The Bank, originally organized as a mutual savings and loan association serving the people of Snohomish and King Counties in Washington, converted from a federal mutual to a federal stock savings bank in 1992. Subsequent to the acquisition of the Bank, the primary activity of the Company has been holding its stock. The Company conducts its business from its main office in Everett, Washington, and 14 other full-service offices in the greater Puget Sound region.
