Citizens Bancshares Corp. is the bank holding company of Citizens Trust Bank (the Bank). The Bank offers a wide range of commercial and consumer deposit accounts, including non-interest-bearing checking accounts, money market checking accounts (consumer and commercial), negotiable order of withdrawal (NOW) accounts, individual retirement accounts (IRAs), time certificates of deposit (CDs) and regular savings accounts. The Bank engages in a full complement of lending activities, including consumer/installment loans, mortgage loans, home equity lines of credit, construction loans and commercial loans, with particular emphasis on small business loans.
