The Bank operates 15 full-service banking offices in Potter, Tioga and Bradford counties. Deposit programs encompass the full range of consumer, as well as commercial checking and savings accounts. Deposit products include certificates of deposit and individual retirement accounts. A comprehensive menu of trust and investment services is also available. The Companys principal sources of revenue are derived from its loan and investment portfolios. It engages in the general business of banking throughout its service area of Potter, Tioga and Bradford counties in North Central Pennsylvania, and Allegany, Steuben, Chemung and Tioga counties in Southern New York.
