Citizens First Financial Corp. is the holding company for Citizens Savings Bank (the Bank). The Companys principal business is conducted primarily through its subsidiary, the Bank. It is a community-oriented savings institution offering a variety of financial products and services to meet the needs of the communities it serves. Its market area is concentrated in the communities surrounding its five offices located in the municipalities of Bloomington, Normal and Fairbury, Illinois, which are part of McLean and Livingston Counties. The Banks principal business consists of the acceptance of retail deposits from the general public in the area surrounding its branch offices and the investment of those deposits, together with funds generated from operations and borrowings, in commercial, agricultural, residential real estate mortgage, commercial real estate, consumer and other loans. The Bank originates loans for investment and for sale.
