Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. is a one-bank holding company that provides a full range of banking services through its subsidiary, PeoplesBank (the Bank). PeoplesBank is a state-chartered bank offering business and consumer banking services through 11 financial centers located throughout York County, Pennsylvania. The Bank operates two wholly owned subsidiaries, SYC Insurance Services, Inc., which sells non-deposit investment products, and SYC Settlement Services, Inc., which provides real estate settlement services. The Company also has a non-bank subsidiary, SYC Realty Company, Inc. Codorus Valley created this subsidiary primarily for the purpose of disposing of selected properties obtained from PeoplesBank in satisfaction of debts previously contracted.
