Cotton States Marketing Resources, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, brokers through the Companys exclusive agents other insurance companies life and accident and health products not underwritten by the Company. The Companys operations are divided into three business segments: Individual Life, Guaranteed Issue and Simplified Issue Whole Life Insurance, and Brokerage.
