Eaton Vance Distributors, Inc., a wholly owned broker/dealer, markets and sells the Eaton Vance funds. Eaton Vance Management (International) Limited, a wholly owned financial services company, markets and sells the Companys investment products in Europe and certain other international markets. As of October 31, 2003, the Company managed $75.0 billion in assets with investment objectives ranging from high current income to maximum long-term capital gain. In addition, Eaton Vance, through its subsidiary, EVM, has an investment advisory and administrative agreement with The U.S. Charitable Gift Trust.
