Kansas City Life Insurance Company (KCL) is a nationwide insurance company. The Company primarily operates through Kansas City Life Insurance Company (Kansas City Life), divided between its individual and group businesses, and Sunset Life Insurance Company of America and Old American Insurance Company, its two insurance affiliates. KCL markets its individual products, principally interest-sensitive and variable products, through a career general agency sales force. The Companys products, largely life, dental, disability and administrative services only, are sold through the general agency sales force and appointed group agents.
