The Company operates in two business segments, Equity Markets and Asset Management. Within Equity Markets, the Company provides trade executions to institutions and broker-dealers in cash equities across the breadth of United States equities and in options across a significant number of equity options and equity index products. Within Asset Management, through its Deephaven Capital Management LLC subsidiary, the Company operates an asset management business for institutions and high-net-worth individuals.
