In addition to the issuance of title insurance policies, LandAmerica provides escrow and closing services to a broad-based customer group that includes lenders, developers, real estate agents, attorneys and homebuyers and sellers. Through its LandAmerica OneStop operation, the Company offers to the national and regional mortgage lending community a range of integrated residential real estate services and the ability to manage the delivery of those services through a centralized source.
