The Company also operates subsidiaries, branch operations or representative offices in Asia Pacific, including Australia, Latin America, Europe and South Africa. The United States operations represented 70.7% and 73.6% of the Companys net premiums in 2002 and 2001, respectively. The Company operates in Canada primarily through RGA Canada, a wholly owned company.
