30-year fixed-rate mortgage rose to 5.79%: Freddie Mac.

The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage rose to 5.79% for the week ending March 3, from 5.69% last week, according to Freddie Mac. The 15-year fixed rate rallied to 5.33% from 5.22%.
