The board of directors of Viad Corp (NYSE:VVI) today declared a quarterly dividend of $.09 per share on the common stock. The dividend is payable April 1, 2004 to stockholders of record March 12, 2004.
The board also declared a quarterly dividend of $1.1875 per share on the $4.75 preferred stock, payable April 15, 2004, to stockholders of record March 22, 2004.
