ABN Amro, a global bank, is going to use a CRM solution from Amdocs in order to integrate its transactional system and retail banking customers in the Netherlands with merge data from silos.
Within consolidating information into a single unity, the bank will have the opportunity to bundled services, reduce its operating costs, increase efficiency and improve customer service.
Such solutions like the one from Amdocs were basically for telecom operators only, but now they can be of use with the majority of banks and other financial institutions.
