Banks need automated exceptions

Only 1/3 of banks now have automated repair and reprocess ability, research data shows. But the importance of reducing risks and improving reputation make them turn to automated exceptions.

About 60% of all payments request an exception within the problem of incorrect receiver details. Automated exceptions can be acceptable in two main cases: requests for information and requests for financial adjustment.

While automated exceptions used automatic logging for incoming messages, business intelligence and online access to transaction history are required. Banks using automated exceptions can close up to 17 cases per day, research data shows.
