Check 21 cheers banks automate payments

(by Geck Finn)

Check 21 systems will make banks to automate check-processing procedures and will be useful mainly for back-offices with their cash being saved in automated check processing cycle.

Banks, having payment system automated, will be able to increase payment effectiveness, thus, decreasing activity risks. Some of the banks can also apply enterprise-wide integrated payments platforms for greater effectiveness as a substitution for the Check 21.

Still, banks will probably be forced to choose between the payment infrastructure investment and strong competition with those having better technology rank.
