Resolve Online, an online dispute-resolution toll of Visa International, is now giving access to the copy request service of the issuer, the company said.
Card payment disputes will be 20% to 50% less expensive with the usage of Resolve Online. Visa said it could save as much as $1 billion through 2009. The company’s profit through the year ended March 2004 accounted for $200 million.
Resolve online was first used in November 2001 and now supports the creation and transmission of chargebacks, images pertaining to chargebacks and supporting document relating to a particular dispute.
