European stocks declined as the euro traded near a record high versus the dollar.

The Dow Jones Stoxx 50 Index fell 0.5% to 2763, the Euro Stoxx 50 fell 0.2%, the Stoxx 600 declined 0.5%.
The CAC 40 Index fell 0.5%, the DAX Index fell 0.3%, the FTSE 100 Index declined 0.5%.
