Treasurys lower, put pare loss after data

Treasury prices remained lower for a third session, but the initial decline was pared after the inflation component of a spending report proved not as strong as expectations. The 10-year note was down 5/32 at 101 31/32, yielding 3.76 percent vs. 3.74 percent. U.S. consumers' incomes and spending both declined in February in inflation-adjusted terms, the Commerce Department estimated Friday. The bond market was focused on pricing data. Prices increased at a 1.5 percent annual rate in February after a 1.6 percent rate in January.
