72.5 pct. in Disney's 401K voted against Eisner

A total of 72.5 percent of those in Walt Disney Co.'s (DIS) 401K retirement plan voted to oust Chief Executive Michael Eisner, a tally of the company's March 3 shareholder vote shows. The tally was released by dissident shareholders Roy Disney and Stanley Gold, who said it proved "employee dissatisfaction" with Eisner at the company's helm. Disney officials countered by saying the vote was skewed and that very few active employees actually cast a "no" vote against Eisner. (CBS.MW)
