Bank One (ONE) is expected to announce a settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission of a mutual fund probe later Tuesday, a source familiar with the investigation said. Bank One is one of four firms named by New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer in his $40 million settlement with Canary Capital Partners last September.
