Swiss Pension Funds Seen Allocating More To Hedge Funds

Switzerland’s third-largest money manager, Swissca Portfolio Management AG, says that by 2009 Swiss pension funds will have between 5% and 6% of their assets in hedge funds, according to Bloomberg News. In comparison, a study by Mercer Investment Consulting indicates that U.K. pension funds may double their hedge fund allocations to 10%.
