Fidelity National (FNF) reported second-quarter earnings of $222.1 million, or $1.26 a share, down from $1.62 a share in the same period a year ago amid declines in refinancing activity, but above the average analyst estimate of $1.14 a share. Revenue rose 9.9% to $2.2 billion, ahead of analyst forecasts of $2 billion.
