Aetna said Friday that it will pay $4 million to dentists and another $1 million to the American Dental Association Foundation in a class-action suit payment, according to CBSMarketWatch. The payment was approved by a U.S. Federal Court on Thursday. The insurer said it had already accounted for the cost of the settlement during the second quarter of 2003 when it was first announced.
