Spitzer probe to have one more casualty

Eliot Spitzer, a New York Attorney General said he would file a lawsuit against an insurance company, the second casualty in Mr. Spitzer’s probe over insurance industry.

Marsh & McLennan, the world’s insurance giant, faced the lawsuit from Eliot Spitzer on October 14 as the New York Attorney General accused it of bid-rigging.

"We’re working as hard as we possibly can. There will be new chapters, some of them perhaps later today in terms of cases that will come out. There may be a filing later today," said Mr. Spitzer.

He declined to comment on the possible target of the lawsuit.
