U.S. PPI rose 0.4% in February

U.S. producer price index (PPI) rose 0.4% in February from 0.3% in January, according to the Labor Department. Economists were expecting 0.3%. Excluding food and energy prices (core-PPI), index added 0.1% from 0.8% in January. Economists were forecasting 0.1%.
