Consumer confidence fell for the second straight month

U.S. consumer confidence fell to 102.4 in March from 104.4 in February, according to the Conference Board. Economists were expecting 103.4. The present situation index fell to 115.6 from 116.8, the expectations index slipped to 93.7 from 96.1.
