Crude inventories rose 3.6 million barrels: Energy Department

The Energy Department reported on Wednesday that crude inventories rose 3.6 million barrels during the week ended April 8. Gasoline stocks increased by 800,000 barrels. Distillate stocks fell 100,000 barrels.
