A man wearing body armor killed his ex-wife, a bystander and wounded four people on the street, including his own son, with AK-47 rifle.
David Hernandez Arroyo Sr., 43, was killed by the police after shooting his ex-wife Maribel Estrada, 41, and a bystander, Mark Wilson, 52, on the street. He was shot by the police officer in a street gunbattle through the window of his truck. He died at East Texas Medical Center.
He also wounded three law officers.
