Russian plane crashed in Barandei region

Viktor Beltsov, the Emergencies Ministry spokesman reported today that a Russian plane An-24 was crashed by flames while trying to reach Barandei.

Twenty-nine people were found dead.The emergency workers discovered 23 survivors, ten of them are seriously injured.

LUKOIL, Russia oil company, is concerned that some of its employees were on the board.
