Minnesota community «shocked and disbelieved» on cruel student shootings
(by Olivia Cohen)

It is always questionable why people commit suicides. And it raises even more questions when the suicide is committed by the young person. People all over the world try to overcome «shock and disbelief» after cruel shootings at school that took lives of two eldery people, a female school teacher and six students.

The school’s student, Jeffrey Weise, killed two of his grandparents with the grandfather’s gun, then went to school, gunned down seven people and killed himself. 13 wounded were rushed to hospital.

"At this time, we do believe the shooter acted alone," FBI spokesman Paul McCabe said.

This is the deadliest shooings in the US since the Columbina High School tragedy in 1999 that took lives of 13 people and left wounded 23 others. Two armed teenagers came to school, opened fire and committed dual suicide.

Weise’s father also committed suicide a couple of years ago. His mother is now at hospital after the car crash.

Weise was described by his mates as unsociable and being ashamed of his tall height. Other students often mocked at him, the high school teachers say.
