Terrorist suicide bomb blew killed 11 Iraqi and U.S. officers

Today the U.S. and Iraqi officers report yesterday’s suicide car bomb blast killed 11 and wounded about 20 people, among which were 2 U.S. soldiers.

The suicide terrorist blew up his car at a checkpoint in Ramadi on Thursday evening.

"These terrorist attacks will not deter the soldiers and Marines from accomplishing their mission," said Brig. Gen. Joe McMenamin, assistant commander of the 2nd Marine Division.

"This was an attack on Iraqi security forces who have sworn an oath to protect the citizens of Iraq," he added.
