Srinagar-Muzaffarabad bus service flagged off
India Prime Minister Manmohan Singh reported that starting Thursday the Srinagar-Muzaffarabad bus service would be flagged off from Srinagar. This announcement was caused by the militants’ attack on Srinagar’s Tourist Reception Centre with bus passengers lodged.

"It is an unfortunate incident. These are desperate acts of desperate people. There is no change with regard to the flagging off of the bus service. The peace process and the journey of peace will go on," PMO spokesman Sanjaya Baru quoted Dr Manmohan Singh as saying in New Delhi.
