India and China take a step to enclosing

Officials confirm that China premier’s visit to India today turned out to be really fruitful. China and India made a progress in border-line question, agreed on the mutual trade boosting and encouraging the energy cooperation.
The meeting was described as a new step to enclosing of the two countries to become the world’s fastest growing economies partners.
"India, China are brothers," China’s Wen Jiabao told reporters on what he described as a historic visit. "We have taken this relationship to a new level."
"Some people describe China and India as competitors. I beg to disagree," Wen told the students at one of India’s top engineering colleges . "China and India are friendly neighbors and cooperative partners. They are not rivals, still less adversaries."
The old as world sore matter on the counries’ 3,500 km (2,200 mile) Himalayan border was fortunately resolved by China and India signatures in the agreement on the "guiding principles".
"We fully understand and support the Indian aspirations to play an even bigger role in international affairs including in the UN," the Press Trust of India quoted Analyst Manoj Joshi.
"Without a precise understanding of where the [border] lies, it would be difficult to go very far," says analyst form Hindustan Times paper Manoj Joshi. "It will be clear within the year whether the Chinese mean business on the border."
